After I realized this I called this was June 3rd and was promised a refund and it would be applied to my American Express I have been in touch with AE and there has been no attempt to make the refund.
You said it would be made within 7 to 10 days. I called again on June 27 and got the same info. I was promised again 7to 10 days and still no refund.

It a bit longer to find my answers to my queries. When you search and redact, the application will find the items and redact them, but when you save and open the file again, the redactions will be gone.
It will redact when you redact things one a a time, so there is obviously a bug in the software. Also, getting to the point of activating and actually using the software is awful, and overly complicated.
